This beautiful family villa boasts 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.
Villa Monte Verde is set in its own grounds access is via a private track with protected security gates at the entrance. There are 5 bedrooms which are located all on one level and lead off the long hallway. Located at one end of the hallway is a single bedroom which leads to a double bedroom with en-suite and walk in shower both furnished in neutral tones. Opposite is the entrance to the newly refitted kitchen which is fully equipped plus utility area. At the other end of the hallway are the 2 twin bedrooms these have fitted units and share a full bathroom and shower. The Master bedroom is decorated in black/white with fitted units TV with en-suite and a further walk in shower. Air con units fitted in bedroom.
The lounge-diner has been furnished in calming shades and has seating for 10 on comfy sofas along with a flat screen TV, Internet TV, DVD player & CD. The dining area has seating for 8 people doors lead out to the covered terrace.

The Local Area
Villa Monte Verde, has a very good supermarket within walking distance called Intermache, nearby Aldi and Apolina Beach is also located 5 minute drive from Villa to Carvoeiro village , here you will find many beautiful beaches, including the beach in Carvoerio, Vale Centianes, Benagil and many more.
Located just a short drive away is the Slide and Splash water park, Zoomarine Aqua show and and for those who like drinking wine nearby the Algarve Shopping Centre is where Cliff Richard has a vineyard.
Traditional sardines is must in Portimao, you can also depart in this area for various boat trips and deep sea fishing with some retail therapy and markets.
Monchique mountains are approximately 40 minute drive, or the town of Silves, where there is a castle of some historic value, which offers you beautiful views of the Algarve,
Albufeira and surrounding areas are about 20-30 minute drive, where you will find many night clubs and bars along with the beaches.
Vilamoura nearby is where there are more golf courses.

The villa was just as it showed on the pictures, gorgeous. Linda, the owner, could not have been more helpful. The supermarket is right across the street so that is easy. The views from the villa were stunning.

Really enjoyed our stay in this large and thoughtfully decorated home. Great pool area, lovely views / quiet setting and a really nice kids playground. Loved being close to but a little outside of Carvoeiro town. Excellent

We have stayed at this fabulous many times it has everything you would need and every room is stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is fantastic and very close to the town that offers a great variety restaurants and bars. The outside space and pool is fantastic. There is a local large supermarket fir all your needs and is only a short walk. I can’t recommend this villa enough. The owners are extremely nice and helpful.

Lost count how many times I have stayed in this glorious villa, either as a family or on a girlie weekend. It truly is home from home, with everything that you could possibly want to hand. You don’t really need to leave, but a 1/2 walk into Carveiro and you have a superb variety of restaurants and bars to suit anyones needs. I can’t wait to go back

This Villa is amazing we have stayed many times over the years and never been disappointed. The Villa has been looked after and the decoration is lovely and very modern. The kitchen is great and has everything you could possibly need with a Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms were really nice and two of them had en-suites also a good size bathroom. Plenty of room in the lounge diner.
They have a BBQ area which came in very handy and a play area for young children also if you like table tennis they have one there.
It is about 20 minutes walk to Carvoeiro town or a 5 minute drive where they offer an amazing selection of restaurants and bars so we were just far enough away to make it a lovely peaceful and restful holiday, groceries can be purchased very easily as Intermache supermarket is just across the road. Linda the owner of this Villa is a very sincere and lovely lady who couldn’t be more helpful. I will definitely be going again.
